After her last surgery in 2020, she was finally well. We were a happy family again and she was a carefree girl who loved life.

Doctors didn't understand what was happening to her and we had to travel from Italy to the US to find medical care.

In addition to suffering from intracranial pressure problems that cause severe headaches and oblige her to lie in the bed 24-7, she has also been diagnosed with craniocervical instability, mast cell activation (MCAS), small fiber neuropathy, critical polyneuropathy, median arcuate ligament syndrome, and genetic disorders.

In order to carry out all necessary medical evaluations, we need to stay in the US for many months and pay for all medical expenses.

If Rebecca doesn't do all these necessary invasive tests, she won't be able to get the correct treatment.

Rebecca è una giovane ragazza di appena 18 anni che ha terribilmente bisogno del tuo aiuto per avere di nuovo una vita. 
Aveva solo 9 anni quando questo incubo è iniziato ed in tutti questi anni ha subíto 14 operazioni neurochirurgiche molto invasive per la Malformazione di Chiari 1 e gravi conseguenze post operatorie. 

Dopo l'ultima chirurgia che risale al 2020 finalmente il suo stato di salute era decisamente migliorato, eravamo di nuovo una famiglia felice e lei era una ragazza spensierata che amava vivere. Ma nel 2022 tutto è peggiorato. 
I medici non capivano cosa le stesse succedendo perciò siamo stati obbligati a partire per gli Stati Uniti per trovare assistenza medica consona al suo multifattoriale stato clinico. 
Oltre ai problemi di pressione intracranica che causano forti mal di testa e la necessità di restare a letto H24, soffre anche di instabilità craniocervicale, attivazione dei mastociti, neuropatia delle piccole e delle grandi fibre, polineuropatia critica, sindrome del legamento arcuato mediano e disturbi genetici. 
Per effettuare tutte queste valutazioni mediche è necessario rimanere negli USA per molti mesi e pagare tutte le spese mediche ed accessorie. 
Se Rebecca non esegue tutti i test invasivi necessari, non potrà ricevere il trattamento adeguato e rimarrà per sempre obbligata a vivere a letto con dolori totalmente invalidanti che non le permettono di compiere alcuna attività. 

Rebecca ha solo 18 anni e sta lottando duramente per ritornare a vivere la vita che tanto desidera vivere, ma nel corso di questi anni abbiamo speso tutti i nostri soldi per curarla e ora non ci resta che chiedere il tuo aiuto per poterle garantire le cure mediche necessarie.
