The proposed in this petition to have Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Federal Government Appoint Canada Health Act Enforcement needs to also include regulations in regards to any Bills Proposal or Amendments as it pertains to Healthcare administration and funding within each province. Premiers having been steadily introducing Bills as a work around  to the Canada Health Act and other Federal acts affording them power to break the rules.

Example: The Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 ( BPSAA ) was introduced on October 20, 2010 and received Royal Assent on December 8, 2010. The BPSAA establishes new rules and higher accountability standards for hospitals, Local Health Integration Networks ( LHINs ) and broader public sector organizations.

Doug Ford's Government wants to remove and may have already done so in regards to this act that enforces accountability standards for hospital expenditures including Supply Chain. The Ford Government has worked around this act in regards to hospital procurement/supply chain allowing shared service organizations to plan for profits thus rising the cost of Hospital supplies and eliminating the necessary approvals for purchases. Contracts and funds given to businesses for PPE production and profiteering during the pandemic. Shared service Organizations have been solely not for profit in collaboration with Ontario hospitals to procure goods at the lowest cost without profit increases is going to change.
