I propose that the Federal Government immediately plan to appoint Federal Health Transfer Enforcement Officers & Federal Health Care Act Ministers to oversee in each province.

Their role would:

• Oversee the appointed Minister of Health in each Province with policies enforcing the documentation of all Healthcare fund distribution and allocation
• Address Private Staffing for Nursing in Hospitals using Universal Healthcare Funds who pay grossly inflated rates for Private Nurses to Private agencies for their profits instead of hiring more Nurses
• Monitor Provincial capping of Procedures covered by Universal Healthcare to force long waits pushing patients to Private Clinics billing both Public funding and the patient
• Receive an analyze Healthcare service complaints from the public regarding Universal healthcare delays, mistreatment and attempts to force private for profit billing
• Monitor all MAID applications to ensure Patients are not opting for Assisted Death by inappropriate inhumane suggestions from a Healthcare Provider or service provider. All patients who apply should be consulted with to ensure they are not making the choice because of poverty, no housing and loss of access to care
• REPEAL Bill124 in Ontario and assess Fair Wages & Compensation for Nurses. 
• Repeal Bill7 which forces patients to be sent to any community away from family and supports because they cannot afford inflated Private LTC Beds 
• Conduct routine audits and consult with Hospital Boards and Management of shortfalls and any attempt to underfund by the province as a strong arm measure.
• Report violations committed by the Provinces in regards to the opening of Private Clinics for Profit and fines for Companies & organizations manipulating the Canada Health Act
• Investigate Public Health money and Federal Health transfers being used for privatization
• Monitor any Bills passed by the Province as a work around against the Canada Health Act and to limit and restrict fair compensation and healthcare standards
• Address and Report Conflicts of Interest with Healthcare Private for Profit Lobbyists
• Assess the Board of Directors, Corporate Leadership salaries to ensure cost saving measures with way too much of our healthcare dollars going to corporate leaders and Boards as opposed to Patient care and Healthcare Professionals.

This enforcement would be a part of the Canada Health Act and be inclusive of Monitoring Public Health Agencies. 

Our Public Healthcare as protected under the Canada Health Act is under attack from Canadian Premiers with an agenda to Privatize for profit!  Some provincial governments  have thrown the door wide open to private, for-profit health services. They have been funneling public dollars into the pockets of private corporations and their shareholders by outsourcing medical procedures that will further burden the public system with more costly and complicated care requirements. More than 10 Billion dollars are unaccounted from the Federal Government transfers for COVID relief.

Doug Ford is missing 4.4 Billion as he refuses to be transparent and not even provide his mandate letters for his first term in office wasting taxpayer's dollars to hide them. He plans the same for this term. He has handed a contract to Galen Weston to open Private clinics in Grocery stores in which they brag they will have the most comprehensive database of Canadians. This means they will track your health records, grocery purchase, pharmacy purchases under PC optimum which will trick you to use for discounts as they invade your privacy! Eventually you may be questioned about your concerns based on your diet etc... Galen Weston has also been appointed on the Board of Directors of Sunnybrook Hospital pilfering more money from Canada's Healthcare funds as he plans for more Corporate Greed through Private Healthcare.

Doug Ford has built Private Hospitals instead of investing in Public Healthcare. He has created a staffing crisis with Bill 124, which is only getting worse as more and more health care workers are driven out of the system—from fatigue, exhaustion, and demoralization.

This all has been intentional to destabilize public healthcare through underfunding and strong arming Hospitals and Clinics to follow their agenda or else! This is a soft Coup in which this week they have redirected the blame once again on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as the blame for the Healthcare Crisis, demanding more money with no intent of saving Public Healthcare. They take no accountability because they are hiding their true intent! The Conservative Premiers are working toward an American style Healthcare system that will create huge profits for corporations only and Canadians will suffer! They are also using this to discredit/smear Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as this is a coup attempt.

The Premiers of Canada are misusing Federal Health Transfers intentionally to destabilize not only Healthcare but Democracy!
