World Environment Day 5th June 2022.  CITIZENS TURN OUT IN HUGE NUMBERS TO OPPOSE ILLEGAL ROAD ON LAKE BUFFER ZONE!  "Ulisi Ulisi Kere Ulisi, Nillisi Nillisi Akrama Raste Nillisi - "Save Our Lake, Cancel Illegal Road"!  " chanted citizens.... 

Whitefield residents and many supporters from all across Bengaluru turned out in a riot of colours and enthusiasm...  for The Third PATTANDUR AGRAHARA HUMAN CHAIN PROTEST, against illegal road project on Lake Buffer Zone!  

We stood together in 2017, we stood together in 2018, and we stand together now in 2022, stronger than ever!!! Our resolve is strengthened! We will not allow violations of environment, we shall not allow violations of law! 

WE WISH TO THANK EVERYONE WHO JOINED OR SUPPORTED THE HUMAN CHAIN PROTEST! �� Determined faces and voices dotted the entire human chain! Citizens are in no mood to tolerate corruption or mis-governance.

We have protested thrice now, and we will protest as many times as it is required to get the illegal road project on buffer zone cancelled. Citizens are clearly putting the Karnataka Govt and KTCDA on notice, warning them that if they bend the rules for the builder mafia, and violate the environment, we shall come out in larger numbers, and hold even larger protests!
