we told you so.... YES, we have been shouting from the rooftops for months, that this project is a Contempt of Court.  It is a violation of the commitment given by the BBMP to the Hon High Court, in the 2018 Writ Petition order.  

BBMP Chief Commissioner Sri Gaurav Gupta now FACES CONTEMPT OF HIGH COURT charges, in the illegal construction of road across Pattandur Agrahara Lake Buffer zone, in a matter of due process!

St Joseph's school has moved the High Court, on contempt charges against the BBMP Commissioner, for not sticking to his commitment made to High Court, not to form road without their consent.

Maybe this comes as a God sent breather for the Lake itself!
