Meeting Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 6:30 pm via zoom or limited seating, first come first served at 1576 Unionport Rd in the board room located at the rear of the building. Please email your questions before the meeting to ask management/ the board at rep@parkchesternorth.com

About 20 years ago Parkchester took out a large mortgage. Why did PPC Residential (Parkchester’s rental division) take out a $165 million dollar mortgage on all their units in 2019?
What can be done about delivery motor scooters on pedestrian paths and sidewalks?
What improvements can be made to catch illegal dumpers?
Why is there such a long wait for bulk pickup from apartments? If things are put into halls, stairwells and lobbies it needs to be removed the same day anyway, why can’t we have a better system?
Was the grass area paved over on Laurel Drive to place garbage? It should have been more parking spaces instead!

We want increased DPS patrols in the North.
What will be done to mitigate the rise in next year's maintenance due to increased gas prices?
Why isn't the garage at 1990 E Tremont being used?
My question is why at 1950 E Tremont is they putting a wheelchair ramp when the elevator is constantly going out of service for over 20years that I lived there. What's the purpose of the ramp if the wheelchair can't get passed the main floor
Why can’t we have more recreation programs for children and seniors?
There is poop dropping all-around 1946 east Tremont, also my building is dirty, for days garbage has not been taken out.
Why don’t we have the DPS lobby meetings anymore? COVID restrictions are over.
What is being done about package thefts?

What plans do they have for recreation this summer how many recreational personnel have been added.
What plans have they made for fixing the sinkhole in the north ballfield
When will video intercoms be installed?
What repairs in the past year have been made on the boilers and when?
Which elevators were replaced? Which elevators are on the schedule to be replaced?
Why aren’t parking limit times enforced?
Can we have better signage in the private drives? Such as no parking zones, or directional arrows?
What can be done to improve the trash pickup? What is the current agreement with DSNY?

We are still in need of volunteers to pass out flyers under apartment doors in Parkchester North and South Condominium buildings. Please email parkchestercollective@gmail.com if you are interested. We also would like people to serve as building monitors to keep us up to date on conditions in and around their building.
We need owners to run for the board of managers for the South and North Condo this is the way we can be most effective at making positive changes here at the North & South Condos.
South Condo Qualifications to run for board
Must be a unit owner in the South Condo
Must be age 18+
Be able to serve 3-year term
Attend monthly board and committee meetings
Be up to date with common charges, assessments and have no liens.

North Condo Qualifications to run for the board
