North Condo informational meeting (This meeting will be held by the North Condo management and the board.) Please direct any questions about this meeting to the North Condo office. This meeting is only for owners and prior registration must be completed before the meeting. Register on www.parkchesternorth.com or by calling the office.
Meeting Wednesday April 6, 2022 at 6:30 pm via zoom or limited seating, first come first served at 1576 Unionport Rd in the board room located at the rear of the building. Please email your questions before the meeting to ask management/ the board at rep@parkchesternorth.com
We need owners to run for the board of managers for the South and North Condo this is the way we can be most effective at making positive changes here at the North & South Condos.

South Condo Qualifications to run for board
Must be a unit owner in the South Condo
Must be age 18+
Be able to serve 3 year term
Attend monthly board and committee meetings
Be up to date with common charges, assessments and have no liens.
