We are still in need of volunteers to pass out flyers under apartment doors in Parkchester North and South Condo buildings. Please email parkchestercollective@gmail.com if you are interested. We also would like people to serve as building monitors to keep us up to date on conditions in and around their building.
If you have an ongoing chronic maintenance issue, we recommend you communicate with management in writing to ensure a paper trail. Please let them know any maintenance problems you are having and how you feel about the conditions in Parkchester.
