Unit owners interested in reviewing the By-Laws, board meeting minutes and books of account housed in the management office, can submit a request to the management office. The right to access is outlined in the By-laws.  Additionally, please see below article containing the rights of shareholders and unit-owners to inspect the books and records of a co-op corporation or a condo association for more information.

We are still in need of volunteers to pass out flyers under apartment doors in Parkchester North and South Condominium buildings. Please email parkchestercollective@gmail.com if you are interested. We also would like people to serve as building monitors to keep us up to date on conditions in and around their building. 

If you have an ongoing chronic maintenance issue, we recommend you communicate with management in writing to ensure a paper trail. Please let them know any maintenance problems you are having and how you feel about the conditions in Parkchester.
