Many of you may have heard via the “Sydney Morning Herald” on the 7th March, that the contract price is $38.9m, however a search of the government contracts website shows $42.8m. The ultimate price? Who knows! Certainly, the price in terms of loss to green space and the heritage features of Milsons Point and the Harbour Bridge is incalculable. Landholder consent still not given for construction.
