Dear Supporters, together with our paper petition, we have almost 7,000 petitioners. We have a way to go if we want this matter to be debated in the NSW Parliament, so any friends you have who have not already signed and also protested the Linear ramp to the Heritage Council, please spring to action – the time to comment to Heritage ends on Wednesday (26th Apr).

The Heritage Council is only considering Heritage matters, so concentrate your letters on those.

Write to the Heritage Council at heritagemailbox@environment.nsw.gov.au

Emails should refer to SHR no. 00781, Close date of submissions: 26 April 2023, LGA: North Sydney and should include your name, address and stated objection.

An example: “The impact of the proposed linear cycleway on the heritage values of the Harbour Bridge is significantly adverse & unacceptable. Consider the Community Cycle Ramp alternative with no heritage issues, endorsed by North Sydney Council & supported by over 6,000 citizens.”
