Belltown Power's proposal to build 17 200m high turbines on the top of Newlands Hill - gateway to the Lammermuirs - will destroy the skyline and be visible all over East Lothian.

The development is very likely to result in a loss of biodiversity on a site of important rich moorland within one of East Lothian's special landscape areas, as identified in the East Lothian Council's 2018 planning strategy.
