Dear Vintage Neighbors and Friends,

We are so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community since we moved into our home at 686 Prosecco last July. You may have met our two adorable Afghan Hound pups, Kaj and Shadow, who are turning 1 ½ years old next month!

We love our home and our neighborhood, but we have a serious concern about the landscaping that was chosen by the builders. As you may know, the mulch that covers the area outside the fence in the front yard poses a health hazard to our pups, who can easily access it through the iron fence and ingest it. This can cause intestinal blockage, poisoning, or even death. We have tried various ways to stop them from eating the mulch, but none of them have worked. We are worried sick about their safety and well-being.

That's why we decided to replace the mulch with large rocks in the areas near the fence, while keeping the original plants. We chose these rocks because they are safe, durable, water-efficient, and attractive. They also add some variety and contrast to the otherwise uniform mulch along the street. We invite you to come by and see for yourself how nice they look. We are responsible for maintaining them and covering any costs associated with them.
