Hangi has been a huge part of our buisness & they are greatly missed by the community. We have provided a lot of Hangi over the years for sporting organisations, community events, workplace gatherings, cultural days, birthdays, funerals & more. They also provide cultural connection for a lot of people &/or cultural experience for others. 

We request that Logan City Council take into consideration that our cooker has been cooking safely in the same spot for 7 years. Outdoor gas cookers are meant to be outside. And send someone else to reassess who is going to give a fair decision &/or better solution to help us achieve making Hangi for the community again.
