Do you care about education, the environment and child safeguarding?

Do you think rural children should have the same access to schools rated Good by OFSTED as city kids, especially if they come from a low income family? 

Do you think it's illogical for a council to pay for taxis to get children to schools rated Inadequate, but refuse to take payment for transport so they can get to a catchment school rated Good?
