Save Ohjah from closing!

Ohjah is the only Japanese owned and run karaoke bar in Los Angeles! Here you'll meet some of the most interesting people, have the best drinks, and sing songs you won't hear anywhere else. Ohjah graciously welcomes Japanese guests who are visiting LA as well locals. Their drinks are top notch, and their system lets you sing English, Spanish, and Japanese songs!

If you're anything like me, you've made countless friends here, celebrated birthdays, and sang until your lungs hurt. 

It would be a shame to see this unique gem in the heart of little Tokyo go away. So please pledge your support for the business and let's show them just how important they are to our community!

On a personal note, I have been visiting Ohjah regularly for 10 years! When I first came to LA, I didn't know anyone, but over time, the staff and the regulars became friends and family to me. It was like Cheers, but the theme song was always some guy singing Bohemian Rhapsody.

Because of Ohjah, I've gained a great deal of confidence in my singing, and in myself. I've know all of the staff by name over the years, and attended many of their birthday events. During COVID, I even traveled out to see them just so we could keep in touch.

I've celebrated my own birthday and anniversaries here. Attended Halloween and Christmas parties, and I've watched the ball drop on New Years countless times. I'm getting really emotional just writing all this.
