I come from a family that has grown up with the beloved children's channel, Noggin. My parents spent their childhood immersed in its educational and entertaining content. My sister and I followed suit by growing up on its sister channel, Nick Jr. Now, our younger brother is also growing up with these channels as his companions.

Noggin has been an integral part of our lives for generations now. It has not only entertained us but also educated us in the most engaging ways possible. However, it is disheartening to learn that this cherished channel is facing extinction.

The potential loss of Noggin would mean depriving millions of children worldwide of quality educational content that they deserve and enjoy. According to a study published in the Journal of Children and Media (2017), television shows like those aired on Noggin have proven beneficial for children's cognitive development.

The worse thing to think about here is that in reality this is less of budget cuts and more of a way for Paramount to force more people into the Paramount+ cycle. And, if you forget things easily like I do, you'll forget you subscribed, therefore opening a gateway for Paramount to squeeze more money out of you and your loved ones. 

We cannot let this invaluable resource fade away into oblivion due to lack of support or funding issues. We urge Paramount - the parent company - to take immediate action to save Noggin from extinction.
