It's not easy keeping up with all the back and forth debate on this project.  Trying to sort out factual information from social media nonsense is hard enough, and the Montrose TIRZ's taxpayer-funded PR efforts don't help at all.  

Come to the Informational Open House tonight to hear the truth and see the actual source documents and data behind everything Save Montrose Live Oaks has been telling you.  Also you will hear the latest (as far as we know) on the current pause and plans for phase 2.

Open House will feature topic tables to allow civil, informed dialogue on all aspects of the current TIRZ plan, as well as information about the alternatives we support.  Come anytime and stay as long as you wish.
