Save Miracle Valley AZ Site Buildings!!! Oppose Tear down of Tabernacle, Prayer Tower!

The Issue

Miracle Valley Bible College was Built in 1958 by Pentecostal evangelist and faith healer A.A. Allen, who was part of the “Voice of Healing” movement, after he was gifted 1,280 acres by Palominas resident Urbane Leinendecker — who was moved by a scriptural sermon he heard Allen deliver in Phoenix — the property became Allen’s ministry headquarters. Previous headquarters were located in Dallas, Texas. Reverend Allen had many tent revivals throughout the United States, and other countries, where thousands would come from far to see him, and be healed from their diseases by the hand of God, working through him!
Many have a part in this history being touched by this place: attending Bible college, even grade school on this exact location, & attending church here, growing up in this Valley, being Healed, as well as seeing the healings! Many have worked on the College site as well.  There have been many connections and friends made, as well as many many families raised here! People moved from far and near to follow the ministry, and began helping each other build homes in what was then is now called Miracle Valley area, that was once nothing but desert. The people here became more than just friends but family, as even after the Bible college was discontinued the members continued having reunions year after year….
This is truly an iconic and historical property, that begin the whole findings and building of this community, to have this property demolished would be absolutely devastating, to many it would be such a sad site to drive by, and no longer see this iconic symbol of hope!

Many know about the shootout that happened in Miracle Valley between the newly moved in Chicago residents and sheriffs, across the street from the Bible college, it was a new church and cult that moved in across the street. Although this did not have any thing to have with the actual Bible college, as the Bible College was made up of a Wide Variety of Nationalities, the shootout is what many of the newer generations and visitors know the community for, not knowing the actual history of the Bible college and what took place on this beautiful location. To those that know, this place means so much more then that!

Coxworth said the cost of tearing down the cathedral will run in the neighborhood of $50,000. April 21 is the last day bids for demolition will be accepted by the county. The tear down could start in May or June.
Why waste tax payers money on a tear down!?!
Why should a tax exempt church have to pay taxes that are not even theirs!

Let someone have the opportunity to purchase it, and restore it!

It has even been mentioned that the county plans to make this the new County Jail, I do not believe the Hereford, Palominas, nor Miracle Valley communities would be very happy with having a Jail right across the street from them and their children. This is a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Let it continue to be so!
