Scientists have spotted vaquita ─ for the first time in a long time. The rare sightings give hope to conservationists working to save the species from extinction. But the gillnet threat continues to exist, and very little time remains for action. This is the moment to urge the Mexican government and incoming president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador to do what is needed to save this beautiful species.
