Am I correct in saying, perpetual cemeteries are to be checked every 5  years by IID?  It has been a problem here for years.  Why have they not caught this issue, long before such horrible conditions!
We are asking for total restoration, of the things they let be ruined over such a long period of time. 
Many things you can't see, because of removal and not replacing. 
The only thing we are asking that has never been a part of the park/cemetery, is a Pavillion type directory at the beginning of the park.
The amount of money it will take to restore this park/cemetery is substantial,  but in all honesty it is their debt to be paid, and is fully there responsibility and their fault it will cost so much to restore. 
They may have to sell!  Because people on this petition are not going to settle.
