Trying to keep her close but it doesn’t feel enough. 
I miss my phone non stop pinging and even the annoying requests for a lift to the vape shop. 
Kiki’s hair is driving me mad but I’m so grateful to have him. She loved him so much, caring for him means I get to care for her by proxy. 
The best I can do now. 
I believed she’d be better off living away from me. I believed I was letting her down keeping her at home. 
Sending her to supported accommodation, should have been her great step to independence, with well trained staff supporting her to that end. 
Instead ….. her story has taken us here, but I refuse for this to be her ending!
