Thank you for supporting our efforts to Save Lincoln Lanes Bowling Centre!

I spoke with Liam from 107.5 Beach Radio - Vernon Matters today.  He had also spoken to Gord, the owner of Lincoln Lanes.  I just heard we were on the radio, so word has started to get out over the airwaves too. However, we need to continue the momentum to expand who hears about the petition. So talk to anyone you meet this week about it and get them to sign too.

The most challenging people to reach will be the seniors as the leagues are over and many of them may not have email addresses to use to sign the petition.  In order to help with that I have made paper petitions that people can sign.

I dropped some off at Lincoln Lanes, Kindale, and the Schubert Centre today.  If you want to grab a paper petition and take it with you to a community event, your workplace, your residential community, or any other place you can think of, you can get them from the bowling alley.  Perhaps someone is going to Funtastic this weekend?

We need the petition completed by Friday, July 7, 2023, as I have asked to appear at the Monday, July 17th council meeting at 1:30 pm.  I will need to submit a letter and the petitions by Monday July 10th.
