A Lifeway customer care manager said the following in a recent email:

"Grocers determine which Lifeway products they will offer their customers and place orders with their distributor to get them on the store shelf. Whole Foods, Publix, and Kroger have made the decision to remove Lifeway Oat from their store shelves. We would like for them to reverse course, but we need your help to make this happen. Please let these stores know that you’d like your Oat back on the shelf. If the stores do not change their decision, Oat is slated to be discontinued."

Without Lifeway Oat products dairy-free consumers are going to have even fewer healthy probiotic yogurt options. No other widely available non-dairy product has as many probiotics or live and active cultures as Lifeway Oat. Even for those who can consume dairy, losing Lifeway Oat would eliminate a lower sugar alternative for getting necessary probiotics as Lifeway Oat has half of the sugar per serving as Lifeway Kefir. 

Without your action Lifeway Oat products will likely go away forever. 

How to let these stores know you want them to carry Lifeway Oat products? 

1) Sign and share this petition

2) Call your local grocer to let them know you want Lifeway Oat back on the shelves. You can also talk with the store manager in person to request the return of Lifeway oat products.
