As expected the developer has submitted an appeal on the original decision to reject their planning proposal. The appeal was logged on the 24th March by Epsom and Ewell council.

This next stage will of course need continued support, if you haven't donated to the Resident's Associations Action Group fundraiser which is funding this fight and you'd like to help out, please do so here as we still need more donations: DONATE

Winning the first part of this process really is only the first step and much more work will be needed to combat this for good.

The local Action Group will be looking into what further support will be needed and what the next steps are.

I will keep you informed on what our next steps are to win this together and protect our village!
