Lane Cove Council wants to ban dogs from Kingsford Smith Oval so it is only a Sportsground

We are willing to undertake:

- Request for Council to build 2 sandpits at entrances and supply sand and buckets

- Commitment to filling holes created by dogs on the oval

- Establishment of a schedule for hole filling on Fridays

- Agreement for users to pick up and dispose of dog waste in bins

- Recognition of the importance of the oval for both dog owners and sports players

- Encouragement of a sense of community and friendship among users

- Emphasis on equal use and responsibility for all oval users

We must save Kingsford Smith otherwise there will be no place to let our dogs run freely and be pushed to be on a lead everywhere they go.
