Kamehameha Schools Assets are worth OVER 15 BILLION. Where are the profits for the Hawaiian Endowed Lands going???

Now, only one permit remains — the Major SMA Permit — followed by ONLY one public meeting, and WE ALL MUST Send Comments, and/or be at the ONLY meeting in person❣️❣️❣️

PLEASE DENY the Major SMA Permit, and PLEASE DENY Kamehameha Schools Bungalow Resort Development in Keauhou Bay for Cultural Practices reasons because it WILL Violate the Cultural Impact Statement Law, as Kamehameha Schools  wants to remove canoes from the Keauhou Canoe Club, and completely remove the local volleyball court that's been there over 50 years to make room for over 450+ tourists, that will also make canoe practices, and local fishing practices impossible.

As well as Baptisms, Celebration of Life services, Anonymous group meets, Yoga practices, Community Practices WILL ALL be Negatively Affected by the Overcrowding of Keauhou Bay, and this Violates the Cultural Impact Statement Law https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/sessions/session2020/bills/SB3152_.HTM

It will also violate the National Preservation Act because this Act works to save historical places https://www.nps.gov/subjects/nationalregister/index.htm , the Organic Act of 1916 https://www.nps.gov/grba/learn/management/organic-act-of-1916.htm , the National Historic Preservation Act and the 36 CFR800 Regulations https://www.ntc.blm.gov/krc/system/files?file=legacy/uploads/18293/GuidetoTCPs%26SacredSites.pdf ALL these Acts work to save historical places, and Keauhou Bay is the birthplace of King Kamehameha III, and it SHOULD become a Historical Park for the community, and future generations.

Kamehameha Schools Bungalow Resort Development also Violates the Endangered Species Act because 4 Endangered Species habitat Keauhou Bay https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/national/endangered-species-conservation/endangered-species-act

Keauhou Bay has been listed as "Impaired Water" Assessment Unit ID: HI713293 https://mywaterway.epa.gov/ by the state of US EPA.

It is declared "Impaired Water" because of "turbidity" that affects aquatic life, and this development will cause more turbidity.

Under the Clean Water Act Keauhou Bay MUST be protected and Cleaned by the state of Hawai'i NOT allowed to be further polluted by a development https://www.epa.gov/tmdl

Please read https://health.hawaii.gov/epo/files/2013/09/Stormwater-MS4-Presentation-HEF-7.15.14.pdf where the Hawai'i government states that Natural Ground Cover has 10% runoff, where development has 55% runoff. So, even if they have storm drains, the pavement this development will create will cause more runoff into Keauhou Bay than the Natural Ground Cover that it has now, which has been protecting the bay from golf course pollution for years.

The trees and land absorb rain water and that helps save Keauhou Bay from serious pollution. The trees save the monk seals and green sea turtles habitat from the golf course pollution and this land MUST BE PRESERVED and CONSERVED as the natural protector for Keauhou Bay and for these endangered species habitat.

Over 7,234 signatures have said NO to this bungalow resort development — but Kamehameha Schools continues to push forward.
