My friend got a smart meter installed on his house without being informed. The electric guys were outside his garage waiting for him to leave, and when he asked what they were doing, they lied and said they were going to another house. 

He came home with a Smart Meter on his house, and the elderly man next door now says he's felt dizzy ever since the Smart Meter was put on. 

Yes, his electric bill has gone up.
