JCF Home Health and Hospice, after 71 years of service to Mariposa's most vulnerable community members is being shut down by Matthew Matthiessen CEO, without a vote from the Board of Directors.  He claims that it is not profitable.  The truth is that Home Health and Hospice Companies are usually quite profitable.  Medicare has good reimbursement for these services.  The issue is severe mismanagement by the CEO and CFO of District finances.  We are asking the NEWLY ELECTED Board of Directors to step in and govern OUR District and SAVE JCF HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE before it is too late.
