Jazz Choir is going to be erased. Jazz Band is going to be stunted. The district is cutting funding to both these classes due to overall financial struggles.

Music is at the heart of Interlake High School. Whether that be the Jazz Band playing Christmas songs in the winter, Jazz Choir singing the National Anthem at graduation, or the Marching Band playing at football games, music is critical to the lives of Interlake students. Hundreds of us students have been affected by the music of both these groups. If either one is cut, Interlake will never be the same.

Please, do what you can to help save Jazz Choir and Jazz Band.
