Compromising Standards in Critical Fields: In ultra-sensitive national entrance exams like NEET (medical), exceptionally high-scoring candidates are denied admission simply because they fall outside quota categories. Meanwhile, reservation criteria allow candidates with extremely low or even negative percentile scores to secure medical seats. Is compromising candidate quality in healthcare and critical sectors not a direct risk to public safety and human life?
Generational Privileges vs. Overlooking the Truly Needy: Under the current framework, families that have already secured top bureaucratic positions (e.g., IAS, IPS) for generations continue to reap quota benefits. संपन्न वर्ग द्वारा बार-बार लाभ और असली गरीबों की अनदेखी: वर्तमान व्यवस्था में जो परिवार पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी आरक्षण का लाभ उठाकर IAS, IPS या उच्च प्रशासनिक पदों पर पहुँच चुके हैं, उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ियाँ भी इसका लाभ उठा रही हैं। इसके विपरीत, जिस गरीब व्यक्ति को वास्तव में मदद की ज़रूरत है, वह जातिगत आंकड़ों के खेल में आज भी मूलभूत सुविधाओं और अवसरों से वंचित है।
युवाओं का मानसिक तनाव, पलायन और आत्महत्या: रात-दिन मेहनत करने वाले योग्य छात्र जब इस व्यवस्था के हाथों निराश होते हैं, तो वे या तो विदेश जाने को मजबूर हो जाते हैं या फिर इस भारी मानसिक तनाव और हताशा में आकर आत्महत्या जैसा खौफनाक कदम उठा लेते हैं। भारत का टैलेंट विदेशों में जाकर अन्य देशों को समृद्ध बना रहा है या फिर इस अन्यायपूर्ण प्रणाली के कारण असमय खत्म हो रहा है, जबकि हमारे अपने देश में योग्यता को दरकिनार किया जा रहा है।
