A Planning Proposal which seeks to heritage list the remaining six original Federation-era houses in Holt Avenue, Cremorne (including no: 115, 117, 119) as a Group listing is underway.  This proposal received Gateway Determination last week allowing North Sydney Council to proceed to the next step which is called Public Exhibition.

But if the houses are demolished before the Public Exhibition can take place, the heritage listing proposal cannot proceed.

The only person who can save the houses is the NSW Minister for Heritage, Penny Sharpe. 

Please sign this petition and also write to Minister Sharpe directly - ask  her to protect the houses from demolition.
