Hello Greece, NY Residents! Our petition stands strong at 1200 signatures. We need to continue to spread the word to our neighbors about these projects. So many Greece residents are not aware that these projects will be pushed through, resulting in increased traffic, road noise, pollution, and over-enrollment in schools. While also decimating wildlife, clear-cutting trees, and impacting property values. Not to mention the strain on already strained resources such as the police and fire departments.  

Together we can tell the Greece Town Board and the Planning Board to vote NO on these projects.

Tell the Planning Board that we do not want to clear-cut land for rental units and to stand up to Fieldstone Capital, LLC. Voice your concerns regarding the Latta Rd. 55.3+ acre development plan of 240 rental units developed by Fieldstone Capital, LLC.

Voice your concerns regarding the Latta & Flynn Rd. rezoning proposal set forth by IBH/FSI, LLC, proposing the development of 59+ acres into 160 rental units. We do not want this land rezoned.
