Hello Greece Residents! We continue to go strong with 1100+ signatures. This week, the rubber meets the road, and we need to attend the Planning Board Meeting on Wednesday; see details below. 

Latta Road is becoming the new Ridge Road. If we appreciate the little bit of green space left in Greece, value our watershed and wildlife, and object to the development of 3500 Latta Road, which is slated to be flattened and developed into 240 patio and townhomes, then we need to let the board know. Do we want increased traffic? Do we like road noise and air pollution? Speak up against Fieldstone Capital's clear-cutting proposal to replace trees and wildlife with this proposed development.

Tell the Planning Board that we do not want to clear-cut land for rental units and to stand up to Fieldstone Capital, LLC. Voice your concerns regarding the Latta Rd. 55.3+ acre development plan of 240 rental units developed by Fieldstone Capital, LLC.

Voice your concerns regarding the Latta & Flynn Rd. rezoning proposal set forth by IBH/FSI, LLC, proposing the development of 59+ acres into 160 rental units. We do not want this land rezoned.
