We did it Greece, NY community; we reached over 1000 signatures in less than a week. We cannot stop now! We have to share the petition link to Instagram, FB, X, and other platforms.
Once this green space is gone, it is gone forever. Other cities are developing regeneration projects, attempting to reintroduce wildlife and wetlands back to communities, while we here in Greece, NY have two proposals on the table within ¼ mile proximity that will destroy wildlife, increase pollution, increase traffic and road noise, lower single-home property values, impact drainage and sewers, and cause permanent damage to the watershed.
The Town of Greece Planning Board needs to hear from you on 10/4. The January 2023 meeting minutes reflect that the Planning Board has already determined “that the proposal (at 3500 Latta Road) will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment” (p. 4). This is not true!

Voice your concerns regarding the Latta Rd. 55.3+ acre development plan of 240 rental units developed by Fieldstone Capital, LLC.
Latta and Flynn Road: Town Board Meeting October 19th – Voice your concerns regarding the Latta & Flynn Rd. rezoning proposal set forth by IBH/FSI, LLC, proposing the development of 59+ acres into 160 rental units. We do not want this land rezoned.
