THANK YOU! This campaign was launched last Friday evening to speak out against two pending developments in Greece, NY. In 48 hours, we have reached 500+ signatures. Does this forest look like a dead forest with nothing to offer except dead trees and poison ivy? That is exactly what the developer said last Wednesday. Where will the animals go when this land is flattened for rental townhomes, patio homes, and a clubhouse with a parking lot? Share the petition link and attend Town of Greece Board meetings to make your voice heard. To do nothing is to be a part of the problem, and together, we can let the developers and the Town of Greece Board members know that we do not want these projects in our community.

Corner of Flynn Road and Latta Road: proposal to rezone parcel from Single Family Residential to 160 units of Planned Residential - rental units.

3490 & 3500 Latta Road: 1/4 mile down the road from the other proposed development site will, if approved, develop 240 rental patio and townhomes. The Latta Road development will require clear-cutting 60 acres of wooded land.
