Recently, Simmons is planning on cutting two of the School of Management Majors, Economics and Accounting. These are prominent fields with immense support, growth and community. The content taught in Economics and Accounting courses is foundational for several other majors here at Simmons, and the students heavily rely on these resources and networks. 

How this could affect you: loss of support from our incredible Economics and Accounting professors and their resources, and loss of the Economics and the School of Management's network of alumni and faculty.

With the loss of these programs, the Simmons community will assimilate further. The Economics and Business Liaison need your support to keep these majors at Simmons.

The Liaisons will begin taking direct action after Thanksgiving break. As members of the Simmons Community and passionate students of Economics, we urge you to sign this petition and support any change that may come with this. All of us on the Economics and Business Liaison E-Boards are looking for your support as we navigate this change.
