The application reference is:- 18/01099/FULL
Westbrook has six months from the determination date to enter an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate on planning grounds. They have up to 12 months to submit a revised application without paying the planning application fee.
At any stage, the Secretary of State can call in an application for his own decision where there are strategic national issues at stake which is not regarded as likely in the current situation.
We will keep you informed and keep our petition live in the event that there is any further threat to Dolphin Square and its listed gardens.
THANK YOU!
