Angry protected tenants of Dolphin Square have taken action to join opposition to Westbrook's development plans for the buildings and the gardens.

A group of 31 tenants enjoying "Option B" status since the sale of Dolphin Square by Westminster city council called an extraordinary meeting of the company that was formed by the council to protect their interests, Dolphin Square 2005 Limited.

At the meeting, which was held on April the 9th, more than 100 Option B tenants attended and called on the directors of the company, which has taken a neutral position about the development so far, to change course and vigorously oppose it.

One speaker after the other urged the company to support opposition to the development plans and do whatever was possible to prevent it going ahead, including representations to the council.

As a result, Dolphin Square 2005 Limited has agreed to a ballot of all 180 Option B tenants on their opinion and the directors have agreed to take whatever action the tenants decide.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO CIRCULATE OUR PETITION TO YOUR FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

ALSO URGE THEM TO MAKE AN OBJECTION ON THE WESTMINSTER PLANNING PORTAL. OBJECTIONS NEED TO BE ON  PLANNING GROUNDS WHICH THEY CAN READ ABOUT ON THIS PETITION.
