Update #7 - It's been said HOA board will probably make us get a majority of signatures from the subdivision we have 900 houses BUT if we divvy the subdivision by say 20 people that's 45 houses we'd have to get. I'm willing to do that and I know others would help. But first we attend the meeting March 28th 7pm. We need to get there at 6:30 and show our solidarity.

Update #8- today's email from the Village Manager: 

We will not be changing anything at this point as this is not even allowed by the HOA.  I will have Code Enforcement hold off for 3 months to give you some time and we could revisit it if anything changes with the HOA.   If you need any information on commercial property within the Village, we will be happy to provide some sites.
