I am documenting this communication for my legal records.

I have confirmed that false statements about me are being circulated. My attorney is preparing formal Cease and Desist notices, and a police incident report is being drafted. Anyone involved in creating, spreading, or relaying these statements may be included in the investigation. This includes third-party informants, who can be subpoenaed if necessary.

From this point forward, I strongly advise that you do not discuss me, repeat anything about me, or involve yourself in any conversations about me. Misinformation always makes its way back to the targeted individual, and I will not tolerate it any longer.

I have already gone no contact with the individuals directly responsible for the issue. If necessary, I will extend that boundary to anyone who participates in or contributes to these conversations. You are aware of who is involved.

This crosses a clear line — it is occurring in my neighborhood, at my home, and inside my personal space. Once this matter is filed with Maricopa County, every individual associated with it becomes part of the public record. Being attached to a defamation, slander, and harassment case can carry professional and reputational consequences, and each person will need to consider that.

If you wish to remain fully outside of this, do not engage with the individuals generating or distributing the misinformation. I resolve these matters through documentation and formal legal action, not conversation. I highly encourage everyone who is involved in this matter to disengage with the perpetrators fueling the premeditated deceit and misinformation. You could become their next target.

You are hereby placed on notice. This situation is no longer a personal matter. The ongoing investigation is escalating into a civil complaint against the parties involved. Restraining orders are also being considered as part of this process.
