Here’s an article regarding Par-3 golf course trends and why they are a great alternative to consider playing versus a traditional 18 hole golf course. One of the best golf player’s in the World Tiger Woods is a Par-3 golf course advocate due to his first hole in one at a Par-3 and he won his first Junior World Championship playing a Par-3.

Most beginner and intermediate golf players are not going to possess the necessary golf knowledge, experience nor skills to play a traditional 18 hole, Professional golf course. It can take experienced golf players between 2-4 hours to complete 18 holes of golf with a golf cart. Walking an 18 hole golf course typically takes around 4-6 hours depending how busy the golf course is.

Not everyone who wants to play golf or experience the game of golf can set aside 4 hour’s in their busy schedules to play a full 18 holes of golf at a traditional course. Furthermore 18 hole golf course play can be slowed down by novice and inexperienced golf players taking too long to play each hole.

In my opinion, what Laveen 140, LLC. presented in their most recent golf course presentation is better than anything Cottonfields Community has ever seen before. The Southern Ridge Golf Course is blight land and has been out of business for 5+ year’s now. Cottonfields Community needs a brand new, faster, shorter course wrapped around the community.
