Monday, May 1st, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Laveen Commission on Responsible Development is inviting the members of the Cottonfields Community HOA to attend the meeting at Historic Building A in Laveen, AZ.

The purpose for the meeting is to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the Southern Ridge Golf Course and to hear any concerns members of the community may have about this project.

They are saying the Cottonfields Community members input is highly valued, and they believe that Cottonfields Community members participation in this meeting will be an essential part of the decision-making process.

We highly recommend as many Cottonfields Community Homeowners attend this meeting without fail. There will be people attending from other HOA communities to present their input to. Make sure you pass this information to as many of your neighbors as possible.
