As of October 30, 2022 this is how rundown the Southern Ridge Golf Course 1ST HOLE FAIRWAY looks today. The dumpsters filled with dead trees, branches and bushes have sat here for nearly 3 weeks now.

Neighbor’s appreciate there’s some progress being made by Laveen 140. However there’s still unhealthy, dead trees left behind and why is it taking so long for the dumpsters to be removed? 

We are uploading more pictures so people can see for themselves what Homeowner’s have been looking at for nearly 5 years now. Would you remain quite about this if you lived in this community?

You pay taxes, you pay your HOA dues on time, your money spent at the stores, hospitals, restaurants stimulates local economy. The last thing you want to come home and look at is a dead golf course.
