Please Keep Our Chuck E. Cheese Open!
To the Chuck E. Cheese Leadership Team,
We, the families, children, employees, former guests, and members of the Toledo community, are asking you to please reconsider the decision to close the Chuck E. Cheese located on Airport Highway in Toledo, Ohio.
We understand that businesses have to make difficult decisions, but this Chuck E. Cheese is more than just another location. It is a piece of our community and a place filled with memories, nostalgia, and childhood experiences that families have shared for generations.
The moment you walk through the doors of our Airport Highway location, it feels like Chuck E. Cheese. The animatronics are still here, and they are something that guests genuinely love. People come from different areas — and even visitors from around the world — to experience the nostalgia and excitement that this location provides.
Our location may be smaller than others, but small does not mean insignificant. The families who visit us love this location. The children light up when they see Chuck E. and the animatronics. Parents and grandparents get to watch their children experience some of the same magic and memories they had growing up.
For many of us, Chuck E. Cheese isn't simply a place to eat pizza or play games. It is where birthday parties were celebrated, friendships were made, family memories were created, and childhoods were enjoyed.
Closing this location would mean losing one of the remaining places where guests can experience that classic Chuck E. Cheese feeling.

Instead of closing the Airport Highway location on September 1st, please consider listening to the community and giving this location another opportunity to remain open.
We believe there are families who would support this store. We believe there are guests who would travel to visit it. We believe the nostalgia and unique experience of this location have value.
