We, the friends of Champions Park, KY, are very concerned about our beloved park that is under threat from business development forces that disregard the importance of a universal green space in our community. We advocate preservation of all public green spaces along the River Road corridor. 

Champions Park is cherished all year round by disc golfers, dog walkers, joggers, cyclists, walkers, cross-country meets, and wildlife. Development will deprive all from enjoying this amazing, free, natural environment, and destroy supported urban wildlife habitats.

Your signature will send a clear message to our elected officials to have Champions Park remain free, open, and natural as is, with the only development request being the replacement of the crumbling sidewalks and mending the fence closest to I-71.
