Petition to reconsider the decision to close Ballykin daycare in Mosman following essential building repairs. Approximately 50 local families are being displaced as a result of the decision and are without an essential service. Not only have we been given very little time to find new care in an area where it is very limited and spaces are already taken for the new year, staff are losing their jobs and a tight-knit, inclusive community is being disbanded. We are appealing for Scots Kirk church to consider the impact they are having on families within the Mosman community and the strong relationships that have been formed between the children and the valued teachers at Ballykin.
