Dominic who is 17 , has Prader  Willi  syndrome and autism is being forced to go to institutionalized residential school . Dominic deserves a chance in a public school with the least restrictive environment. They have not  given him the chance …they haven’t even tried it … many people with his syndrome are in public schools  and not in institutionalized residential schools.
