The Issue
Update. DEC 4 APPROVED TO BULLDOZE THE HISTORY AND THE BURIALS INCLUDING ALL THE CRYSTAL LENNI LENAPE ARTIFACTS SURROUNDING THE PROPERTY. December 4th meeting. Roxbury Township planting Board meeting on December 4th APPROVED Porfido Family to bulldoze LenniLenape prehistoric burials, the bodies and the tunnel tombs of the Revolutionary War , Civil War ex-slave Union veteran soldiers bodies. I have camera scope video 14 ft below. Artifacts that I have recovered from property owners bordering the property are listed in the www.rockartmuseum.com in Canada. State of NJ New Jersey museum led me along for a whole year and then shut down when they were presented with 3,000 pounds of prehistoric artifacts. I have camera scope access for the forensics teams to get their camera scope down to three and a half feet of garden hose through an 8-in cement into the bathroom area where there's bodies And a lion's head and relics from the Civil War.
I filed complaints on November 22nd 2022 with the NJ attorney general's office of violation of laws that are not being upheld by Roxbury Township officials or the police department. Knowingly going to bulldoze or destroy burials that have been discovered is a second degree crime in the state of New Jersey and holds a 7-year prison sentence.
Please call Roxbury Township Municipal building 973 448-2000 every day to demand that the laws of America that are on the books are upheld and not over ridden by politicians, lawyers, township planning board members, Roxbury Township officials including the Roxbury Historical society & the Roxbury Police department.
When is the corruption of America going to end & laws that are on the books are upheld by police departments like the Roxbury Police department That doesn't want investigate the bodies in the tunnel system.
They say they don't own a camera scope so they can't investigate.
Senator Anthony bucco of District 25 will not answer any questions because of conflict of interest and was the law firm in 2021 to allow the family to bulldoze everything

Petition to Preserve Hidden Historical Area in Succasunna, Roxburytwp, NJ, Founded on December 24th 1740 and is in district 25.
We, the undersigned, call upon the authorities and stakeholders involved in the development plans for Roxbury Township, NJ located at 12 South Hillside Ave and 201 Route10 east in Succasunna NJ, Porfido Site” and is a combination of Block 3602-9 and 3602.1.
To immediately halt the bulldozing of a hidden area known to contain undocumented underground railroad tunnels turned into tombs, treasures, Indigenous Ancient artifacts & likely Indigenous Cave Burials of the indigenous Lenni-Lenape Ancestors.c
I have located 21 Giant Lenni-Lenape Skeletons a block away behind the First Presbyterian Church on Main Street. I have camera scope videos 14 Feet down inside the underground tunnel tombs, Videos on YouTube, (@mre3161 Chris J. Beal) and other social media platforms.
This area holds invaluable historical significance, representing a rich tapestry of the past that deserves preservation for future generations. Bulldozing this site and cutting down the intentionally and specially planted & Imported original Oak trees over the last 300 years would result in irreversible damage to our cultural heritage and rob us of the opportunity to uncover and learn about the secret hidden history that occurred, before, during and after the revolutionary War, Civil War and world wars.
We urge the authorities to consider alternative development plans that prioritize the conservation and protection of this most Sacred Hidden historical site in all the United States of America. By preserving it, we can honor our ancestors, enrich our understanding of local history, and provide a unique educational resource for the community.
Let us come together to safeguard this precious piece of our collective heritage and ensure that it remains intact for the enjoyment and enlightenment of generations to come.
Wednesday November 8 at 7pm is the Roxburytwp Planning board for Final Approval to Destroy America's Founding History of America's Treasure Tunnel Tombs and the sacred Oaks that were planted there by the Knights Templars / Freemasons anti-slavery Robin Hood Pirates. They came in land on the Morris Canal because they installed it.
