CAR WASH HEARING

This is a hearing for the car wash replacing Acapulco.  So the topic is the car wash, not Acapulco.  But we can still tell the city that we do NOT want a car wash or any other drive-through development in this central spot, with or without Acapulco.  

Remember, Acapulco was suddenly forced out a couple weeks ago, in order to prioritize this pending car wash application.
